When it is safe to be work in-person, my focus will be on my VIP clients who are ready to add hands-on treatments alongside their ongoing 1:1 coaching and instruction sessions.

Working remotely with clients since March 2020 has taught me the power of sharing life tools and self-care protocols, empowering people to live better in their bodies, taking an active part in their healing. Without coaching and instruction, massage therapy is reductionist and arguably perpetuates systems of oppression.
